There is never a charge to list vacancies with us. Unlike other employment agencies, we are a completely free service to all of the schools we assist. Although we work with a number of independent schools who are willing to assist our candidates with the placement fee, it is never the school's responsibility.

PRE-SCREENED CANDIDATES
All candidates are pre-screened. Fairfield Teachers' Agency conducts either face-to-face or telephone interviews with all of our candidates. Each candidate's employment history is discussed in detail and references are required to assure success for past experiences.
TAILORED JOB SEARCHES
Our placement counselors make it their responsibility to accurately match the needs of each school with the appropriate candidate. The details of your vacancy will be discussed directly with each candidate assuring you that any applications you receive are from individuals who are truly interested in your position.
